Our Process
We screen vendors to ensure a diverse array of products is represented at each show. Filling out the relevant application form (linked below each open event) allows us to ensure you have optimal exposure, and aren't competing with multiple other vendors with similar offerings. This makes for a better show experience for both vendors and attendees.
We will advise you of the status of your application by email, and if approved, confirmation of registration and e-transfer payment instructions will be provided.
Please note, show communications are exclusively sent by Sandy Gabriele of Bare Canvas Event Management.
We have been made aware that unaffiliated individuals have fraudulently contacted vendors requesting payment through Facebook in the past. These are not legitimate representatives of Bare Canvas Event Management. If you have any questions about the legitimacy of a payment request, reach out to us at barecanvasevents@gmail.com.
